Once your home is designed, we will determine the final home price based on your final selections and budget. Then we enter into a fixed price contract that won’t change unless you decide to change along the way.

Step 4: Start Construction

Now that all the preliminary work is done it’s time to build. Our team will ensure that this process will be smooth and stress-free. You will be involved in many meetings and walkthroughs during the building process so that we can provide answers to any questions you have.

Step 5: Move In
